Practical guide to signing up for Destinux’s free booking module

You only need to take 4 steps to set up your registration in Destinux’s free booking module. You will be able to manage bookings for you and other users of the company, register users and get your corresponding invoices.

Indicate whether you are self-employed or a company and fill in the form.

  • Self-employed: you register your customer data and your invoicing data.
  • Company: you register your company details and user details (your details).

The data to be registered are basic as a company or self-employed; name, surname, e-mail, billing address, VAT number, and access password.

After filling in and submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration.

This e-mail tells you to click on the link to confirm your registration.

When you click on the link, you will find a description of the next steps and you will be asked to enter your username and password.

Next you will need to enter your corporate payment card, this will be used for all purchases made by your company. We only need to register one payment method, so this card will not be used until bookings are made, and once inside the system, you can change the payment details whenever you wish.

Once this step has been completed, you are already a Destinux Super User!

You can register your company's travel users and create a traveller account for them and which functions you want to enable:

  • If you can book for yourself
  • If he can book for himself and for all users of the company.
  • He has access to delivery notes and invoices.

IMPORTANT: register users with the name and surname that appears on their ID card/passport, in order to avoid any difficulties.

At the end, the user will receive an email to configure their credentials to access the system. Once this step is finished, access Destinux and start enjoying the booking module with your free trial.

You will be able to manage bookings for yourself and for several people in your team, so you will be able to manage all your team's bookings in the same system, without having to worry about having to register the details of the rest of the travellers over and over again and filtering your searches according to preferences and/or location, in a quick and easy way.

Choose the user for whom you wish to make the booking and the system will automatically obtain all the necessary data for the booking. When you make the booking, the system collects the pre-established payment method and sends you all the travel documentation to your e-mail address. You can also access the trip documents in the "User’s Agenda", a calendar with the users' trips.

You will be able to book for yourself, filtering your searches according to preferences and/or location, in an easy and quick way and in the same system.

Enter your user name in the booking form and the system automatically obtains all the necessary information for the booking. When you make the booking, the system collects the pre-established payment method and sends you all the travel documents to your e-mail address. You can also access the travel documents in the "User’s Agenda", a calendar with the trips of the users.

IMPORTANT: it is necessary to register users with the name and surname that appears on their ID card/passport, in order to avoid any difficulty.

Change your payment card whenever you want. The system always needs to have a payment method registered in order to be able to operate.

FAQs

Is the booking module free of charge?

Yes, you can set up your registration for free and access the system completely free of charge where you can manage your bookings and those of your team.

Are there any booking fees?

You can book hotels, rental cars, taxis and Renfe trains free of charge. For flights, the system automatically applies a €10 handling fee for each booking.

What voucher is issued on rent a car bookings?

For rent a car bookings you will get a valued voucher.

Can I book for other users?

Yes, the system allows the registration and management of users. So if you are a Super User, you will be able to make reservations for you and for other members of your team.

How do I get my invoice?

In the “Invoices” section of Destinux, you can access to all the invoices that you have generated. The system creates an invoice for each order.

What does it mean to be a Super User?

The Super User is the profile of the person who has made the initial configuration in Destinux, therefore has the power to register and manage other users, and can access their invoices, make reservations for himself or for other members of the company, and modify the payment card.

What does it mean to be a User?

Users in Destinux are the profiles created by the Super User. Depending on the permissions given by the Super User, the user will be able to:

  • Book for himself and have access to all his travel documentation.
  • Book for himself and for all the users of the company and have access to his travel documentation and that of the rest of the users.
  • Have access to delivery notes and invoices.

Do I have access to a technical support service?

Yes, in case of technical assistance, you can call (+34) 961 961 905 and ask for a technical assistant. Opening hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, (UTC +1)

How do I obtain travel documents?

In the travel agenda, the user can find organised and scheduled travel documentation.

Can I change my payment card?

The Super User can change his or her payment card at any time. It is important that there is always a card registered in the system, since without a card the system is inoperative.
